新手安裝時遇到的問題

●快速架站程式：appserv-win32-2.6.0
●您的上網方式：中華ADSL
●您的 phpBB 版本：phpBB 3.0.1
●您的 domain (網域名稱) ： 127.0.0.1
小弟照心靈大大的建議使用3.0.1版
依照小爆大大的 [教學] PhpBB3 簡易安裝教學 (圖片教學)
遇到了下面幾個問題
1.
在一開始安裝時最上面一直顯示

顯示 無法顯示網頁
按上一頁重新再按一次下一步後
網頁還是一樣 無法顯示網頁
