問題外掛：快速回覆Quick Reply 1.3.1

使用版本：最新版的應該是2.0.17吧？

狀況描述：我就照著Quick Reply 1.3.1一步一步設定
也把quick_reply圖檔COPY到/images/lang_english/和lang_chinese_traditional_taiwan裡去了
但是Quick Reply的圖示還是沒有出來
各位前輩可以幫我看看問題出在那裡嗎
