[問題]Attachment Mod 2.41出現SQL Error [已解決]

大家晚安：第一次在這裡PO文，發文前已經快把站上有關Attachment Mod的文章都翻遍了，看不出解答，只好厚顏無恥的提出問題，請大家幫忙解決了...

●架設主機作業系統：Windows 2000 Server
●架站程式：PHP 4.4.2 + MySQL 4.1.18 + Apache 2.0.55 + PHPMyAdmin (不用快速架站程式的原因是...這樣學的比較少，萬一哪天出問題，也不知道問題出在哪，該去哪邊找...)
●上網方式：速博SPARQ ADSL 8M/640k
●安裝的程式：Apache 2.0.55+ php 4.4.2+ MySql 4.1.18 + PHPMyAdmin
●phpBB2 版本：phpBB (2.0.19)

目前安裝Attachment mod 2.41，安裝前文章都可以觀看，但是安裝後就會出現下面問題：

就連乾淨安裝一樣會出現這個問題，請問是在下哪邊沒有做到，還是哪邊做錯了呢?安裝過程都沒有出現錯誤訊息...

(在下請教過自己的姊姊：他叫我自己去翻書= ="...我要是知道也不會問她了，我就自己先翻書QQ，不過在架站的過程她幫了我很多有關debug的工作，還是謝謝她百忙抽空協助...)
