[問題] upgrade phpbb problem

i want to upgrade phpbb 2.015.but i had problem.i have one pc and server(appserv).before i used appserv 2.3 and phpbb 2.013.
when i want up to 2.015.fully install is no problem,first time login in server also ok.but logout and re-login,than fail.pc and server also,i guess maybe appserv problem.upgrade to 2.5.1.and appserv and phpbb uninstall and install.but problem still same.phpbb 2.014 also same problem.
now i used appserv 2.51 and phpbb 2.013
