message_die() was called multiple times. This isn't supposed to happen. Was message_die() used in page_tail.php?

我在更新 2.0.1 至 2.0.11 完畢後，正常作業沒有問題，但過了這三天後，今早十點在開啟”主題文章”或”發表文章”時都有錯誤，過了一會連整個論壇都進不去，就剩上頭的錯誤訊息，只剩下後台可以進入

請問是什麼原因

我把後台的關閉論壇通知訊息關掉後出現這一段訊息：

我已經弄回 2.01 且也有修復過跟優化資料庫\r

但是要新註冊會員時,選擇我已年滿13歲,出現了這錯誤
