[問題]請問小竹子及各位大大，我的phpbb出現了什麼問題

致小竹子及各位大大，
我是香港的論壇迷，最近在香港找人付錢搭起了一個phpbb論壇，最多是100多人上網。因為方便管理，我加入了3個外掛，包括可以用會員名字尋找那人的檔案、負分也可以下載及訪客也可看內容但不可下載。以往我因為網站經常出現白頁，上不到網。所以我在這幾天轉了伺服器，內容如下︰\r
CPU Intel P4 2.4 GHz
記 憶 體 1024MB (DDR RAM)
硬 碟 IDE 80GB (7,200rpm)
LAN PORT 100M
IP 地 址 1
流 量 Unlimited
OS 系 統 安 裝 Redhat Linux / Windows 2000 / Windows 2003
DNS Server
Apache Web Server
Mail Server
MySQL Server
Webmin
最自此以後，我的網頁不知道什麼原因，只有約100人的情況下，也經常出現以下情況︰\r

337 processes: 324 sleeping, 12 running, 1 zombie, 0 stopped
CPU0 states: 33.1% user 5.3% system 0.0% nice 0.0% iowait 61.0% idle
CPU1 states: 31.1% user 3.2% system 0.0% nice 0.0% iowait 65.1% idle
Mem: 1022164k av, 994864k used, 27300k free, 0k shrd, 6204k buff 396080k actv, 73088k in_d, 15508k in_c
Swap: 1044216k av, 521692k used, 522524k free
load average上升超過10，網頁便會停頓，有時侯 更會無原無故增加至90多。
我已加了ram，阻攔IP、加裝防攻擊軟件，甚至關掉了一些功能，網頁也經常會出現癱瘓情況。
