Anyway, I just want to ask how can phpbb recognize chinese in the topic title? I'm using phpbb 2.0.6 and I have also installed the chinese language pack.

I'm having trouble displaying the because they turn into html special characters, something like this "#a1023;" etc. Anyone who can help? I'd really appreciate thanks!!!

Mostly likely is the browser encoding problem
If you change the encoding to Big5, you should be the "special characters" changed to chinese words.
