both:兩者
and:和
are:be動詞
delete:刪除\r

這是phpbb官方為了確保你的討論版不會被他人藉由重新安裝等手段將你的討論版資料庫修改或是破壞，所要求你必須做到貼心提醒（就是你沒有這麼做，你的討論版就沒辦法開張啦）
