[問題]PHPBB Installation Problem

Hello Dear Friends,
I'm unable to login to my lycos account using FTP software (WS_FTP and CuteFTP). So I just can use WebFTP to upload the PHPBB 2.06 to Lycos.co.uk(free hosting) . I had upload whole structure and never change the file name and structure.
After that, I go to the installation page, I ensure that everything I type is correct:
Database Type: MySQL 3.x
Installation Method: Install
Database Server Hostname / DSN: localhost
Your Database Name: username_uk_db
Database Name: username
Database Password:
Prefix for tables in database: phpbb_
Domain name: members.lycos.co.uk
Server Port: 80
Script path: /username/forum/
When I click "Start Install" , the error message displayed:
phpBB : Critical Error
Could not connect to the database
All my dear friends, can you help me?
