Its working right now.....
It turns out that, I resave the file as overall_footer.TPL (notice the All-CAP letters in the file extension).
Thats why it didn't work.

I noticed it and resave it as .tpl and now it works.

Hi, 謬西 Thanks for your comments above. Here is what I did.... 1) I opened overall_footer.tpl with Word pad. (my front page software ask me to open it with word) 2) and I added this line in between: <a href=http://www.watersq.com style=text-decoration:none>Go Back to WaterSQ.com</a> 3) then resave it...

so, its ok to be in half English and half Chinese.
